Coin collecting is a hobby that lasts a lifetime as there is always something new to discover. There are many new and exciting ways to collect with amazing new coins released monthly! Here are some helpful tips & pointers to help you collect:
How long will my coin take to reach me?
Many orders are processed for shipping within 3 business days, but it could take up to 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your item to ship. Most coins that we offer are in stock, however, due to the unique nature of coin collecting, its also possible that we have sourced your product from our trusted nationwide network of dealers and it can take a few days to get in stock. Orders that include Preorder items will ship once all items are available. Preorders typically ship within 8-10 weeks. Your Collecting Consultant will always notify you of the delivery window prior to order.
Do you offer Priority or Overnight Shipping?
Many shipments are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority shipping free of charge. To prevent fraud, we do not offer overnight shipping under any circumstance.
What do I do if my shipment doesn't arrive?
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit it is imperative that you contact us immediately. Upon notifying us of non receipt, we may begin the claims process. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you have a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) from the anticipated delivery date to contact us regarding any order lost in transit. If your items cannot be recovered, you are entitled to a reimbursement. Assuming you contact us within 3 days (72 hours), you are entitled to a full reimbursement of your loss in accordance with the specific shipper’s insurance policy. Reimbursement will be made in the form of store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Once we have confirmed an order, it cannot be canceled. We urge our clients to carefully review the details of their order and their overall financial situation before placing an order. If payment is not received for an order, you may be liable under our Market Loss Policy.
How will my package be shipped?
Most of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We may also use Fedex or UPS depending on order size ($ amount and physical size/weight) and insurance factors. Regardless of shipping method, all items are shipped in a secure, nondescript and discrete manner for your security and ours.
When will my order ship?
Except for pre-orders, orders generally ship within one (1) business day of receiving cleared funds. However, our policy is that all orders will ship no later than 2-3 business days of receiving cleared funds unless otherwise noted on a listing. Please review our payment policy to see how your payment method affects how quickly your funds are considered cleared.
Where will my order ship from?
In order to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, we may decide to ship your order from one of our secure depository locations in Texas, California, Oklahoma, Delaware or Maryland.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will be contacted with up to date tracking information by email when your package(s) ships.
